We hope you love your Franklin Milo pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Original tags and packaging must be included when possible

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Grip socks

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or washed items

PREORDER ITEMS

Preorder items are made-to-order or produced in limited batches. Estimated ship windows are listed on each preorder product page.

Please note:

  • Preorder timelines are estimates and may occasionally shift slightly during production

  • Orders containing preorder items may ship separately

  • Preorder purchases are final sale once production begins

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@franklinmilo.com and include photos of the issue.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
